Portable Water Cooled

Water cooled portables use water to remove the heat from the conditioned space as opposed to air cooled portables that use a separate air stream to transfer the heat.

Water cooled units are quieter and substantially smaller than a similar size air cooled.

The cost of water sent to drain is offset by the lower electrical use of the unit; if possible, the unit can be attached to a cooling tower loop

All Kompac models are entirely self-contained and portable. Simply connect a water source and drain, plug in the unit, turn it on and cool off! Adjust the thermostat for the desired level of cooling. For heating all Kompac models are also available as a reverse cycle heat pump.

For permanent, supplemental, and emergency spot cooling, Kompac water-cooled air conditioners provide reliable, flexible, and convenient cooling performance.

COMMERCIAL

Central air conditioning does not run 24 hours a day in many buildings, yet there may be places within a building (such as computer operations centers) that are occupied even when the central air is off.

Office personnel coming in after hours or on weekends may need portable cooling to work productively.

Kompac units can supplement a central air conditioning system during off hours and provide backup if the central system goes down.

HEALTH CARE

Clinical facilities frequently have localized cooling needs that cannot be met by the central air conditioning system.

For example, diagnostic equipment gives off more heat than many central air conditioning systems were originally designed to handle.

This can create uncomfortable conditions for patients or even create less than ideal temperatures for operating the specialized equipment.

Kompac air conditioners can provide cool, comfortable surroundings for patients undergoing MRIs, CAT scans, and other procedures. For emergencies, Kompac's portability makes it easy to move cooling power to where it's needed.

INDUSTRIAL

Workers in factories, warehouses and laboratories often need supplemental cooling.

Kompac air conditioners are great for interior work areas with no windows and no outside air venting.

Easy access to water and drainage in many industrial and laboratory settings makes Kompac air conditioners especially convenient.

WINE CELLARS

Kompac air conditioners provide consistent temperature and humidity control with leaving air temperature settings down to 52ºF.

The small unit footprint and quiet operation make the Kompac a logical choice for the vintner's cellar.

Permanent washable filters are easily removed from the side of the unit without having to remove any cabinetry panels.


All units feature heavy duty centrifugal blowers and accumulators as standard.


Simply connect the supply and return water drain hose, plug the unit in and turn it on.

Electronic temperature controls standard on all units.

Optional hose kits are available with easy quick connects.
